All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.
Ordering
When you complete an order on the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation at the provided e-mail address.
Products that are in stock and not made to order are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of the order.
Products made to order may have a longer delivery time. The expected delivery time will be stated in the product information or provided in connection with the order.
If circumstances arise that cause significant delay, we will contact you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from the webshop.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person designated by you receives the item.

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed.
The item must be returned securely packaged. You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
GOODS MADE TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS
For goods that are made to the customer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the extent permitted by Danish consumer legislation.
This may, for example, be products made in a specific color or otherwise customized according to the customer's specific wishes.
If you are in doubt about whether a product is covered by the right of withdrawal, you are always welcome to contact us before ordering.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved.
Upon an approved return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than within the time limit required by applicable law.
CLAIMS
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The right of complaint covers defects and faults in the item that were present at the time of delivery or that subsequently appear within the complaint period, to the extent that the rules entitle you to do so.

NATURAL MATERIALS
Products made of wood, stone, leather, and other natural materials may have natural variations in color, structure, grain, surface, and appearance.
These variations are a natural part of the material and mean that each product may differ from the product images.
This is therefore not considered a fault or defect in itself.
PAYMENT
Payment is made via the payment methods available in the webshop at the time of ordering.
The amount is charged in accordance with the applicable rules for the chosen payment solution.
DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right for typographical errors, price errors, changes in the range, and sold-out items.
If an item has been incorrectly displayed with the wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before the order is processed.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are subject to Danish law.
For consumers, the mandatory rules that follow from the legislation protecting consumers in the country where the consumer is resident apply.
