Withdrawal from purchase:
Should you wish to withdraw from your purchase you must let us know within 14 days after you receive the goods. When you use the right of withdrawal, you must pay all costs for the return shipping.

For purchase of goods made to order, the right of withdrawal is not valid.  

Reclamaions:

All natural materials such as stone, wood and leather may have naturally occurring deviations. This is not something that necessarily justifies a complaint, as it is a natural part of the material.
